All Wrapped Up! Caring Tree 2015
For over 20 years Point West has been helping brighten the holiday season through our annual Caring Tree. We love to spread the holiday cheer and helping those less fortunate in our community is something we hold near and dear to our hearts. We are happy to share that we were once again able to fill all 50 gift requests supplied by Multnomah County’s Early Childhood Services this year!
We want to give a big thank you to the staff, members, and board members that contributed to make sure these families have a memorable and bright holiday season. We also would like to thank the wrapping elves who, in one day, wrapped all 50 presents so they were ready to be delivered on time.
Early Childhood Services is a division of the Multnomah County Department of Health that serves over 7,000 women, infants and children each year. Their programs provide home-visiting services that are responsive to the cultural needs of their clients and promot family bonding and parent-child attachment, improved pregnancy and birth outcomes, and the adoption of healthy behaviors during pregnancy and early life.
